Privacy Policy:

Pulse Racing Inc. collects personal information from its participants and uses that information for event development, marketing purposes, contact information and to meet obligations. In addition, Pulse Racing Inc. may use participant and guest photos and/or videos from events for promotional purposes including brochures and websites. In all circumstances, Pulse Racing Inc. endeavours to limit the collection of personal information to only those items that are necessary to provide the best service.

Pulse Racing Inc. is committed to safeguarding personal information through the use of security standards and procedures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Personal information will not be sold, leased, rented or otherwise provided to any third party other than those contracted to provide services to Pulse Racing Inc.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations or changes by participants before 4 weeks prior to event date will be given full refund less a 5% administrative charge.
Cancellations or changes by participants before 2 weeks prior to event date will be given full refund less a 40% administrative charge.
Cancellations by participants within 2 weeks prior to event date do not qualify for any refund, exchange or transfer of entry. Exceptions may be considered with medical proof.

Service Delivery Policy:

Registration into events and programs are performed instantly upon the completion of your registration forms and payment. Pulse Racing Inc. will administer the purchased events and services according to our published race guides and schedules. Pulse Racing Inc. is not responsible for delayed, cancelled, or shorten events due to weather conditions.

Security Policy:

Pulse Racing Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items including theft of bicycles. Riders are responsible for their own property at all times.
