8:00 am – Trails Open
9:30 am – Men’s Start

9:31 am-Women’s Start

9:32 am- Master’s (aged 50+) Start

12pm Awards/Draw Prizes

RULES

Class 1 Ebikes only: Pedal assist max speed of 32km/h
No battery exchange or booster packs permitted
No throttle bikes
Passing is the responsibility of the approaching rider. Passing is ONLY permitted in a safe and space permitting section

WEATHER / ACTS OF GOD:
The course is subject to change without notice, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes or cancellation due to weather or Acts of God will be announced as soon as possible. There is no Rain Date. Refunds will be issued, less zone4 fees and a $10 administration fee.

MEDICAL
Medical support is provided by Hardwood Ski Patrol, including a full ski patrol medical room and supplies.
Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie is 19 km from Hardwood, with ambulance response within 5 minutes.

Cancellations

A cancellation with a medical note up to 24 hours prior to the event are subject to a 90% refund. Other cancellations are subject to a 2/3 refund if requested before 30 days prior to the event. There are no refunds after the 30 days prior to the event.
